NICKY

My official name is Nicole, but I’ve gone by Nicky for as long as I can remember. Although NYC birthed me, and raised me for a portion of my life, my heart will always belong to Florida. I’m an Afro-Puerto Rican city girl, with a love for all things tropical, fast, and sunny. I like my summers hot, and my winters with a side of beach.

I was born without a left hand, and although I’ve faced some adversity, life has treated me well. I coach kids just like me, opened a non profit to serve volleyball and volleyball opportunities, and play sitting volleyball for Team USA.

My wish is that this blog speaks to someone. That I leave my earthly space I occupy better than what I found it. That I pay my blessings forward, and that I inspire others in the process.

My life is one crazy ride, and I’m so thrilled you’ve even taken that time to take a peek.
